Data processing agreement

Annex to the terms. This applies where Traclin processes personal data on behalf of a Host.
- Roles. The Host is the controller; Traclin is the processor.
- Subject matter and duration. Provision of the Traclin service for the term of the subscription.
- Nature and purpose. Collecting a visitor-submitted email address or website, analysing publicly available business information, generating and hosting a page, recording interactions, and delivering lead records to the Host.
- Types of personal data. Business contact email addresses, company domains, job-related information published on company websites, page interaction data, IP addresses.
- Categories of data subject. Visitors to the Host's website and, where the outbound feature is used, prospects contacted by the Host.
- Traclin's obligations. Process only on the Host's documented instructions; ensure personnel are bound by confidentiality; apply appropriate technical and organisational measures including tenant isolation and encryption; assist the Host with data subject requests, breach notification and impact assessments; notify the Host without undue delay on becoming aware of a personal data breach; delete or return personal data at the end of the agreement.
- Sub-processors. The Host authorises the sub-processors listed at [[link]]. Traclin will give at least 30 days' notice of any addition, during which the Host may object on reasonable data protection grounds.
- International transfers. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, the parties enter into the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with the UK Addendum where relevant, which are incorporated by reference.
- Audit. Traclin will make available the information necessary to demonstrate compliance and allow audits no more than once a year on reasonable notice, or more often if required by a supervisory authority.
